The 7640 Is a stylish island hood that are perfectly complemented islanded hob installations.
Because of the unique technique of peripheral extraction, the cooking fumes are extracted at the borders.
It creates an efficient exhaust of the fumes over the complete cooking surface.
The grease filter in a Novy cooker hood filters very efficiently the grease out of the fumes.
In case of recirculation an extra filter (Mono block filter) is added to filter the fumes from odours.

For technical or ecological reasons a cooker hood with an external extraction isn’t always possible. for buildings with a central ventilation, system D ventilation. In this case a Novy cooker hood with recirculation is the best solution.
A recirculation hood filters the fumes that come from cooking and brings them back in the room.
The fumes are filtered from grease and odours with active charcoal (Mono block filter). The humid air that comes out of the hood will be balanced by the ventilation system.
