Operations Director
Having been with us for almost 25 years, Derek is one of our longest-serving employees.
As Operations Director of the LDD Group, Derek focuses on overseeing all aspects of warehousing, logistics, deliveries, and day-to-day operations.
Derek's extensive knowledge of our products and services enables him to align operations with business and customer needs.
With a strong focus on efficiency and reliability, he ensures that every part of the supply chain runs smoothly, supporting the team, suppliers and our customers with a seamless service.

Finance & Marketing Director
As Finance & Marketing Director at LDD Group, Amanda manages the group’s Finances and HR Management, while also leading our marketing strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Amanda also holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Human Resource Management and a Merit AAT qualification in Accounting, which strengthen her ability to balance people, finance, and marketing strategies for the whole LDD Group.
She plays an important role in shaping the group's future, helping to ensure stability and success.

Julie has been the friendly voice on the other end of the phone for our customers for 20 years!
As Sales Office Manager, she plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
With a strong focus on customer service and communication, she supports both customers and colleagues to deliver an efficient, professional, and friendly experience.
Julie's extensive product knowledge across our full range of brands ensures that customers receive the best advice for their needs. Julie’s dedication and organisational skills help maintain our high customer service standards.

Credit Control Manager
Pauline oversees customer accounts and credit management across the business. With her professional, yet friendly approach, she ensures customer accounts are managed efficiently, while also maintaining positive customer relationships.
Additionally, Pauline also supports the kitchen division, where her knowledge and expertise contribute to the smooth running and success of the department.

Max joined the LDD team at the end of 2025, bringing over 40 years of experience within the kitchen industry.

Previously with Waterline, Max has built a fantastic reputation across the sector and earned multiple Salesman of the Year awards throughout his career.

Covering the North of England, Max focuses on developing new business, supporting kitchen retailers, and showcasing the extensive LDD product portfolio.

Gemma helps lead the team in delivering stylish, practical, and high-quality kitchens. Passionate about design and dedicated to her clients, Gemma makes the process of creating a new kitchen an enjoyable experience. Aswell as supervising our Newhouse Trade Showroom, she oversees projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of design, service, and customer satisfaction. Gemma plays a key role in driving the continued success of the kitchen division.
